Thread: First time publishing problem

Hi,

Watched the tutorials- Uploaded my index page after successful preview check but cannot access via web - standard page not available message - other links work ok - what have I not done? is there a control panel action to take before the page(s) can be viewed in a browser or some other setting required?

What checks are necesssary in BV?

Hi Roy.

Firstly, have you named your index page correctly? It should be named simply: index all in lower case letters.

Looks like the server needs to be configured for the dns name,
or the dns name needs to be pointed to the Voda servers (if not voda hosting).

Just guessing. At the top of this forum there is 'help me'
and then 'submit a support ticket'
You might do that and have them check the configuration.
