Thread: ftp, user name and pass

Yes i feel stupid for for posting this, but have just re-installed my comp
and can't find my user name and pass to log into my ftp.
Could you please point me in the right direction.

Hi, you could try a quick search on your emails to see if you have any copys on the email server side.
Or pop in a support ticket with your details & explain what’s happened.
