All the pages that you build with blue voda are done on your computer and not on line .... download the latest edition of the blue voda webbuilder, found in my signature here, the tutorials for building do need to be viewed on line, but you are good to go ..... the website builder is free, however, to publish your site on line, you need to enroll in the best web hosting on the internet, and that is voda hosting, very economical pricing .......... u will love it ....
