Thread: Ftp Manager login

Hi,

First i must say if the answer i will get is hard to answer than please call 843 216 6178. I am unable to log into my FTP Manager. I have created the base of my website, but it needs to be up since my dad is a realator and it goes to nothing so far. I can log into the control panel but cannot publish/use the FTP manager. If you are able to type an answer than please refrain from calling. I am only 14 and am creating this for my dad since he is computer illiterate. If you can contribute any possible suggestion or answer please do.

Hi, have you checked that everything on the email that you received when joining vodahost matches the details on your login window.

Please use make sure you are using the correct password and username.

Well i tried it and then showed my mom how it didn't work and it worked so im thinking... actually i don't know what im thinking. Thanks, now i got it ppublished, but now i gotta watch some of the tutorials.
