About LinkBacksOk I have make some chages to my site but the changes wont appear, so I found that the Ip addr change well the only little problem s that the Ip address that im suppos to upload to do not appear on my drop down box please help.I try to open a ticket but dont remember my password

Download and install the newest version of BV and you'll see your IP listed. This will not overwrite the work you've done.
