Thread: Publishing

I already have a page and I am trying to add more stuff to it. I have saved it and republished it. But it is not publishing the new stuff that I have added. What's going on and how can I fix it? Thanks!

This is usually the case when your browser caches the pages......

Just hit f5 a few times or refresh...............

Is there an error message that pops up when you publish or is it when you go to the link it is not there?

If it's not there on the browser, make sure that your first page is named index.bvp when saved and when published index.html

If you are getting an error, search it up on the forum..

Hi, try hitting F5 on your machine quite a few times, you maybe looking at an old sreen shot in your cache.

I refresh the webpage right? I've tried that and it still isn't working. Even stuff from a week ago isn't updated on the page.

Did you follow the steps before, like name your first page index (save it as that) .. when you publish do you have the right username, password, ip? .. clear your cache?

Okay I feel pretty bad now. I accidently opened the old page that I had saved with almost the same name. So my link was taking me to the old one not the updated one...But thank you all for your time...Sorry to have wasted it!
