HI agian,
i tried to bublish but i get the time out error 12002
my details are:

my ip address :75.126.124.163
please help

Couple of things to check out.
A 12002 error is a timeout error. You might also receive this error if you are trying to publish to the wrong IP address. Please make sure the IP address you are trying to publish to is the same IP address that is in your welcome letter.
Otherwise you are receiving it because you are trying to upload a very large file, or your internet connection speed is very slow.
Also have a check that all your firewalls are letting BV through publish.

I have noticed that you are publishing your page with an invalid name your home page must be called index. no other page name will work.
