Thread: Can you help with a publishing problem? 12031 errors

Hi, I keep getting a 12031 error popping up when I try to publish. I have done everything that is said in the forum, but without joy.
The strange thing is? I can publish to one server but not another one.
Publishing to a site on 75.126.10.3 via BV is no problem & all works fine.
Publishing to 15.126.10.7 via BV is when I get the 12031 fault.
I can connect to both servers via the c panels.

Any ideas what this may be?

Nah! No joy & still getting the message. Sounds like they are having rough time at the server end. Be nice if they posted the problem & gave us an idea on what’s happening. Or have I missed a post. They certainly won’t have hair when they are finished. (Feel sorry for the girls)
Also got that www. Thing back again after being OK for about 3 hours.

Hmmm ... that internet connection to that ip was not working for me just a short while ago, but was fixed, just before you posted ... did you try reboot and all of that ... it's working for me and another person now as we said in that thread I pointed you to ...

they (bluevoda) have rebooted their FTP server
