OK...If you are able to publish with 98, you have a issue with a security seeting in xp or something. Does your antivirus have its own firewall? Are you on a wireless connection?

A 12031 error means that the connection to the server was reset.
If you are using a wireless adapter, the adapter may have lost its
association with the access point. If you are using a modem, the
network coverage was lost. Keep trying to up/load files.

If you are on wireless, your wireless may have a firewall.

Good Morning,
I am having an error problem since uploading the new Blue Voda version. It won't accept my password that has not changed since the beginning. I am getting an internet exception error 12014. What happened here? Need to publish so if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!
Pam

Nevermind...I see it changed my server ID. Fixed that and everything's fine.
Thanks anyway!
