I keep getting this request:
“The request to connect and log unto the ftp server couldn’t be completed because the supplied password is incorrect”

But my password and username are correct.

Hi, maybe worth having a quick check to see if your server has been ugraded & you may have a new ip.

Theres a new version of BV also, might also check to see if you have the latest version as well.

Originally 75.126.10.7 but since all the moving around of IP I believe they have moved me around to: 75.126.169.139. But I have entered my current user name and password still nothing. I have downloaded the BV upgrade.

Please check that all these 3 things are correct in the dropdown box:

server number
username
password

If you are sure that all 3 are correct then you may want to put in a support ticket.......................

I do not believe server 75.126.10.7 has been touched ... this is still functioning ...

If you can copy and paste your username and password into your publishing box instead of typing it, you may find this will help. Also untick, remember password ... For some reason or other, at times, I must do this myself? Sticky keys perhaps, I don't know ... but I know that has helped me ...

Thank you David it was the first one IP number all is well now except that I got
discussed with my web site and I deleted everything and now I’m trying to get rid of my domain name so I can replace it but I’m lost when it comes to cpanel anyway I did something to create a new domain but didn’t work can someone point me in the right direction

so if that was/is your domain name, then you cannot change it.

If you need to start over again, just create and publish an index page.
