Thread: Help with 12031 error please

Hi everyone.

I have read the other threads relating to this issue and have added BlueVoda to my exceptions in the windows firewall. In addition I have disabled the firewall in McAfee (I cant find where I can choose exceptions on this program). However I am still unable to publish.
