Thread: IP Question

i just got my email with passwords and temporary url. but when i try to publish the page the numbers aren't an option for me. so i tried to use one of the set numbers and it says wrong password. my temp. url is http://75.126.124.165/~hprnvxcs/ . my site will be http://www.wolfwindphotograhy.com. i hope my question makes sense. thank you in advance.

Did you change the server (in the drop down menu where it asks for your passwors after you click publish)

your server would be 75.126.124.165

Also did you watch the tutorials:

i looked in the drop down and my number isn't in the list.

that's starange I would put in a support ticket

dowload BV again and reinstall over your current installation.
New IP addresses are added all the time, so even if you ahve the latest version you need to download again and reinstall AFTER you get your welcome letter with all the info.
When you do, magically your IP address will be there.

i tried to download again but it said i already subscibed and it won't let me do it, error 303 is what i got.

You can always download and reinstall - I don't know why/where you are getting this message.
Click help me at the top of this forum, and go to the help sectin and download from there.. you don't have to login.

I tried in the wrong place but I got it and it let me publish. So now how long before I can go and see my web page? Thank you for the help with the redownload.

You should be able to see your page immediately

If you have it open just refresh the page
