Thread: Error when trying to publish

I wrote last night about this issue but forgot to include my domain name: www.wealthbuildersgroup.net

I tried in the meantime to publish a different page within my site using the next available IP address in the list I was provided, and the error I received was:

Exception error 12031
The connection with the server has been reset.

I need help with getting my site published. Thank you!

Hi Are you a voda host customer, have you signed up for voda hosting?

So you have a voda hosting account, then you need to point your domain to voda servers, you would do this where you purchased your domain.

Have you received a welcome email listing your ip publishing address, your two voda servers and username and password to your control panel??

No I haven't received such an e-mail. I guess my info is still being processed?

Yes, if you have signed up with Voda Host for their hosting plan (different than buying a domain name) which you will need to host your website, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to propogate.
