Thread: _blank_self_parent_top

Hi everyone
This is my first thread,i`m trying to get my head around the BV but i have a small question to ask.
When i go into the navigation bar properties to edit a page,i also see the "target" section,i watched the tutorial where it says if you want to open the page in the same window bla bla bla but it does say what these things mean.
For instance,if i want to open a page in the same window which one is it ?

Could someone tell me which word is for what?

To open in the same window it is _self
To open in a new window it is _blank
_top and _parent are used with frames
