Thread: Plese help with publishing

i really need some help. My domain is buildmydreamhomenow.com
First i am not sure i have the correct IP adress. When trying to publish using what i think is my IP i get an error - "the request has timed out".
Could this error be caused by my browser?
I also submitted a ticket on this - VQO-592821. Client Id 17635.
Please help! Thank you.

Hi, your ip address will be on your welcome email from Vodahost when you opened your account.

It is not. i went throughout the domain registration email 10 times and all i can see is user id , password , client id but no IP.

Sounds to us that you may have purchased a domain name, but not voda hosting ... if this is the case, you cannot publish a website built with the free blue voda software until you actually purchase web hosting with Voda Host.

Purchasing a domain name and purchasing voda hosting are two different things.

Okay then, sounds like you have just received your first email and your second one will be coming ... when did you do so???

First email was received Saturday when i paid and this morning i also received a second email.

Your email to get you going will be entitled "Log In Information" ...

this is the one that you should be waiting for ...

Sounds to me like you received confirmation of your payment and then confirmation of your domain name and your account is presently in the works to be set up ...

Thank you for the information. Indeed a have not received email entitled log in but i will be waiting for it. thank you agian very much. Any idea how long it takes for the set up?

Keep building your site in the meantime, (are we ever really finished, lol) and you will be ready for blast off :)
