Thread: publishing

when i publish it says finished and it completes fine
but then when i go to the web and go to my page it is not what i published it to be

so far it has been 24 since i tryed to publish the page and i still have been doing it

how can i get it to publish correctly

Since I don't know what you published it to be, I can't help further than to say - when I go to your site - I get a Talent Uncover page that says will be open shortly.

i published a different page
that was before i switched to vodahost.

Two questions come to mind:

1. Have you named the home page index before you published it?
2. Have you published to the public_html folder? This can be seen in the Publish Webpage dialog window.

yes i did do both of those
so how can i publish it
it says finished but then it shows my old page

Have you pointed the domain name to your vodahost servers?

You either log into your admin area if your domain host company allows it or as you said... call them and they will do it for you. Make sure you have you correct VH server names and IP addresses to hand though.
