I have another silly "newbie" question... Blue FTP is not allowing me to login. I have typed and retyped the password and login information. The trace window shows that the user is good, but the password failed. Can BV reset this? Is this a common problem? Thanks to any and all! Allissa          |

try copying and pasting this password from the original login email - be sure to untick remember me and close the program and then try to copy and paste your password ... and if you did continue to be unable to login due to a password issue, yes, submit a support ticket and ask for assistance.

Hello... i am new and my freind making a one website in Bluevoda...but she have a one problem she don`t understand which user name and password we have to put when we want to conect FTP server.... Please if u guys tell me then i will tell her and might her problme will solve.... i am waiting for ur reply... |
