hey, I posted yesterday and then i found that i was suppose to get a log in information email that has my ip address. i still haven't recieved the email and i can't login to vodasupport to submit a ticket. it says that my email is not registered. i dont know what else to do. id # 19045 thanks!          |

When did you purchase? It can take a couple days. Also - make sure you check your spam emails.

i paid nov. 2 i thought it might have went in the spam but it didnt. maybe they just haven't had time. thanks for your help! |

Try and send an e-mail to voda support from the "contact support" link at the bottom of this page. Don't log in and see if you can send the ticket. It worked for me once. Although that was a fair while ago.
