Hi All I'll try this again.. When I try to publish my pages I get the following error Internet Exception Error 12014 - The request to log onto the ftp server could not be completed because the supplyed password is incorret I'm using the supplyed password that was e-mail to me and that I thought was for the Publishing & logging onto Control panel ... I can log onto control panel with no problems but get the error when trying to publish. Thanks Rob          |

A 12014 error is a password error. Be sure that you are using the cPanel username and password to publish your page. Also, be sure that you are publishing to the correct IP address. Both of these details were sent to you in an email when we created your account.
