Subdomain help very simple

odd i added a subdomain a few months ago and now forgot how haha. I created a new subdomain and I created the webpage for it, now I am having trouble gettign the webpage to appear in the subdomain.

I saved the page and everything else under the same name even the subdomain has the same name as the page. What else do I need?

you need the page to be named index

I thought index is only for the main website page.

No, for all your websites, and you keep them all in your website separate folders on your computer ... all websites need an index ...
