Thread: Publishing to Website

I am a new customer.

My website domain name is: www.slrogers.com

my username is xxxxxxxx (removed your user name, please do not post confidential information on the board, this is in your best interest)

My problem is:

I have tried to publish a simple practice homepage to my website. Nothing happens. The site that is inhabiting my webpage is not mine. What is it? (for starters- please go to the website and tell me if this is a normal page holder type page for my site)

secondly: I am told Blue Voda is simple- but it seems I'm understanding nothing- and I'm not such a simpleton about web design- it's just been a long time. Can someone walk with me through uploading my webdesign to my page?

Publish your site using BlueVoda. Click the Publish icon. Make sure you put in the correct Username, Password as well as IP address. Don't change the public_html thing.

You will need to save your first page as index (when published = the address of your domain). Publish it, and it should work.
