About LinkBacksWhile trying to publish my web pages I am getting the following error message: "Internet Exception Error 12031 Details: The connection with the server has been reset." In addition, I am not able to access my Control Panel - it keeps timing out on me. Are the two issues related? Thanks in advance.

Problem solved - I submitted a support ticket and they (VH) reset my account and all is working fine!
