Thread: Page published, can't find

Hello,
I have re-generated my albums, and re-published (successfully) but the page gets a 404 Error.
It is in my public_html file. I have Ctrl/reloaded several times to no avail. I have also republished that particular page several times (to the correct server).
Possibly my computer??
Please help.

No not your computer. check, check, check and then check again the following:

the name of the page is 'faces' all in lower case
check that when you publish it says in the folder field public_html

Just publish the page one more time when you have confirmed this.

I was out of town and let my hosting subscription expire for a few hours. The Support folks kindly set up everything for me to get back online quickly. This page has not changed from last week. All links worked great.
The links in the menu are correct. (I checked the html). The page is in lower case as is the link. The page is in my server correctly spelled. I published again as you have suggested.

hmmm..... it's late here and my brain isn't thinking right now... It will be something really simple though, it always is... let me have a think about this.

This is puzzling. The page came up ONCE and now no longer appears.

This could be a silly suggestion, but as I said earlier it's late and I have had a very tiresome and long day. rename the page to something else, anything... publish it and just see if it will pick it up. This might at least tell you if this is a one page issue or a site publishing issue?

PRESTO !!!!!! no changes and it is now working. Must be magic. LOL

LOL, sometimes though that's not a good thing that it suddenly works, cos now you are thinking, 'what was it'??? 'will it happen again' ???
