Thread: naming problems

hi, after a week with a downed website (my old host dropped my site before voda picked it up) I finally published (re-published that is) my index page.

then I tried to publish my gallery page. it successfully published, but my links don't go to it. how do i name the page file so that it is linked to by my menubar?

my domain is propheticworshipbanners.com

I expect my gallery page to be at propheticworshipbanners.com/gallery

how do I get it there?

on my menubar the link i have entered is propheticworshipbanners.html/gallery
this goes to a blank page and shows .html instead of .com
that seems weird to me.

It needs to be the full path:

http://www.propheticworshipbanners.com/gallery.html
(unless you used php pages, then the .html would be .php)

So, you have it wrong in both places in your message above.

Your link must read the complete url ie. wwwpropheticworshipbanners.com/gallery.html (left out the dot after www on purpose) Try that.

i was abbreviating, the link actually is http://propheticworshipbanners.html/gallery

the www. was unnecessary on my last program. But not on blue voda?

Sorry, I posted too quickly. You have it out of order as well. Try it exactly as Beth gave it to you.

You need the .com and the .html AND you will be better off putting the www in also - that's what people expect.
