    Hello General,

Thank you very much for your response. However, I don't understand what you mean that I named all my pages wrong?

I name the first page I want people to see first when they open my site

elitelifestylevillas.com/index.htm, then I followed it with the second page
elitelifestylevillas.com/home.html. and then rest pages to follow etc.

Which was what I been told to do (By your Supporting Staff and by my fellow new friends on these forum during these past 3 weeks when I seeking help.

Would you please Tell me what and where I did wrong, so that I may learn and move forward PLEASE!

    Thank you very much.

    Hi Darren,

Yes, I did. I saved the first page I want visitors to open my site (the very first page people see) the index, as I have told to do, as follow:

    elitelifestylevillas.com/index.html

    and my second page it as following;

    elitelifestylevillas.com/home.html.

    and the 3rd page ...

    elitelifestylevillas.com/about_us.html
    or t
and etc... with all other pages...

The General responded by saying ...

"you named all your pages wrong, and referred me back to the " How to name your page tutotial". BUT did not tell me WHAT AND WHERE I DID WRONG? and I cannot find what I did wrong in the tutorial either!?

I am very frustrated indeed. I ahve been find help on this very subject for the past 3 weeks now. and I been told by Voda Host support(took them 2 weeks to giave me the answer). "Name your first page the index page". then I was kindly told me by Karen and Ladyeye the same thing. So I followed exactly I been told.

Now it still DON"T WORK. Now Darren, Can you help me? other then refer me to the tutorials, If it's in there I certainly can't find it>

I think BlueVoda Wetsite Builder is the best thing ever happened to me, and couldn't say enough good things about it. But, so far I am very disappointed with the "Supporting Staff"! I never had this kind of problem with other hosting company. Although I didn't know anything about building a website before I came cross BlueVoda, however, I did used 2 other hosting companies for website build for me. I was able to get
the site up-loaded same day, and when ever I have any questions, I can call them and I get to talk to the staff and get my problem handled immediately, and their fee is NO HIGHER!

Unforetunately, I cannot get any response with Vodahost

I cannot believe, that I cannot get a detailed answer for this long!!!

Sorry I unloading my problem with you, but I need to talk to somebody.

    Thanks,

    Alec

    Don't name your page: elitelifestylevillas.com/index.html
Name it index; save it as index; publish it as index
Then when someone goes to http://www.elitelifestylevillas.com they will go to your index page.

Name your second page home; save it as home; publish it as home.
(Are you sure you want a page named "home'? If you have a link on other pages that says HOME, people would expect to go to your 'index' page.)

Name your third page about_us;; save it as about_us; publish it as about_us
Then the link on your index page to the About Us page would be
    http://www.elitelifestylevillas.com/about_us.html

When you publish a page the "http://www.elitelifestylevillas/" and "html" is added automatically. Do not repeat the domain name when naming your pages.
But your links to those pages must show: http://www.elitelifestylevillas.com/page_name.html
except for the links back to your index page which would read http://www.elitelifestylevillas.com

    Hi jcaywood,

Thank you, Thank you so much! You're the first person who told me that when I save the pages that I DO NOT USE "http://www.and my web URL before the name of the page! I can't believe that took this long to find somebody like you to tell this! I don't think the tutorials made that clear. If It did I must misunderstood it. Dumb me!

Let me do that and Thank you again.

    Hello Jcaywood,

Thank You! THANK YOU SO MUCH! It's 4.30 in the morning, but I just have to tell you THANK YOU! YOU DID IT FOR ME!

after I got your message, I tried it, and it worked like a magic. All this last 3 weeks NO ONE TOLD ME like you did , may be I am dumb, but you're the only one told me that I DO NOT NEED TO PUT MY URL IN FRONT OF THE NAME OF THE PAGE. I swear I can't find that instruction anywhere! OTHER THEN YOU - only 3 to for lines but it could saved me 3 weeks of time.

It's too late for me to upload all the pages, but the first 4 pages I did SHOWED LIKE A MAGIC! Now I can go to sleep all day and night WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT IT ANY MORE! i WAS GOING nuts FOR SOME TIME NOW!!!

    Thank you again.

    You're welcome.
I do notice that the link from your About Us page back to Welcome page shows: www.elitelifestylevillas.com-index.html. This link should read
    www.elitelifestylevillas.com
But you're getting there now. Good luck

I randomly checked the pages and they all appear to be up and linked. I did notice on the Affiliates page that you have a bit of text overlap: "Just click here..." has half of each letter in the box below. You can simply move that box down just a bit and should correct that.
I'm not sure I'm following you on the other site question. Will it be a different domain? Are you trying to create a different folder on your computer? In your Blue Voda file on your PC, just create a new folder and name it for the new site and then drag the pages you created for it to that folder. You do want to keep the pages for different sites separated because each will have an index page and must be published to the proper directory. You can link two sites together just like you have linked these pages.
