i've tried to open a file directly by giving the filename as parameter to BlueVoda.exe whcih doesn't work.

does anyboy now a way to open a file directly when opening bluevoda?

Are you trying to open a .bvp file?
If so, you need to go to the BV Web Builder interface and File/whatever file you need to open. Of course it must be a .bvp file.
It will not work to double click on a .bvp file. You have to open the software first.

yes, that's exactly what I'd like to do - open a .bvp file with a double click or out of another program

if I understand correctly, there is no way to automate this step...bad luck...
