Thread: Publishing an add on domain problem

My main site is russproudfoot.com
My ADD-ON is thematrixsyndicate.net I have published an index page and a splash page. They are working OK. However I wanted to make an adjustment to the splash page. So I tried to update the page to this

public_html/thematrixsyndicate/splash I get an error message 550: Can't change directory to public_html/thematrixsyndicate/splash. No such file or directory.

Could someone please let me know where I have gone wrong, thanks.

Hi, yes I see what you have done..

What you are doing by adding another slash / in the url is indicating that splash is another directory and it is not, it is merely a page created for your add on domain, which gets published to the directory for this add on .. public_html/addon

so the page you created called splash should be published as spash to the directory public_html/thematrixsyndicate
