    Default FTP Question

    Hi

    I cannot connect to my server not with BlueFTP and not with FileZilla.

    I use the IP address my username and my password . the exact same data which I use to upload my files.

    I get allways the same error message

    cannot connect with server

    Appreciate some help

    If you are absolutely positive you are entering the correct username and password to the correct IP address (remember the username and password are case sensitive), then the only thing you can do is have your password reset by submitting a support ticket

    thanks Watdaflip,

    I am not totally sure what I need to prepare so that the account is ready for FTP upload. I created an account. Where do I need this username and password for?

    Than there is also Configure the FTP client for FileZilla which I did too.
    But I don't know for I do need that.

    Sorry. Have no experience with FTP

    Heres some tutorials, its going to be a little different for filezilla, but the process is about the same
