Link New Page to URL?

I hope this question isnt duplicate, but I cant seem to find the answer posted. How do I name a new page to a specific URL once I save the page? for example) index page; lisablog.com, 2nd page lisablog.com/about.html. How do I link the 2nd page to this URL address? I know how to link a button to the URL, but how do I bridge the new page to the link.

I really appreciate the help as Im a novice new to this.

I presume your site is www.lisablog.com?

If so, just the url above will take you to the index page.

Then say your next page is called 'about' just publish it then to see it the link becomes www.lisablog.com/about.html
