Hi my name is Vishal and I have recently purchased the BlueVoda Web Hosting package under domain - onzenterprise.com. I am having problems publishing my pages through BlueVoda which are in bvp file format. i am using 74.86.118.27 as the IP Address and the master username and password given to me in my welcome email. I did however change the password to cpanel and therefore tried both passwords but it gives me an error message: "Internet Error 12029 Details: the attempt to connect to the server failed".
I have noticed that I can use cpanel and the file manager to add pages in html format to my website. However I have designed my web pages in BlueVoda and therefore would appreciate if someone could help.

Hi, have you check all your security/firewalls is allowing BV to publish to the nett. IE: adding BV to the security programs.
