The site came up fine for me. You got a broken link on hottesr album specials an on newsletter and about us and on log in or is it that you published ust the index pageif its ust your index page it needs to be centered

You have added a form in your index page using the new Form Wizard. BUT you had probably (can't see it anymore) published the page as html and this resulted in the code you were seeing above everything else. Now, a new, "index.php" has been created and published. Delete the index.html file from your site so the new one with the form will show up.
