Thread: IP address

Hello.
I have a Vodahost account and have received my IP address in my welcome email.
However, when I try to publish my pages, my IP address does not appear in the list, and I am unable to enter it manually.
What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Hi, re-download BV again & install, it will re-populate the ip address field (You must be on a new server).
You wont loose any work that you have already done.
