Thread: Can't find Remote IP number in Blue ftp or when publishing

Hi

I now have my welcome email and want to publish my site, however when I try to publish it or when I go to Blue FTP - the IP number I have been allocated is not in the dropdown of available IP numbers.

I would be grateful for any advice on resolving this.

Hi David ..

Simply redownload and install Blue Voda again .. the ip publishing address will appear in the new drop down menu with the latest version ..

publish from the website builder when ready ..

I have the same problem with my ip address not being available in the drop down list when publishing. I clicked the link you provided and reinstalled BV and still no luck.

What am I doing wrong?

I was given the wrong IP address by whatsyouripaddress.com. Still, I had to completely remove Blue Voda from my computer and then reinstall before the correct IP address was visable from the drop-down list.

Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.
