what Karen is referring to are the permissions that are given to each folder. if you right click a folder and click permissions a number will come up and if you do that just tell us the number that you see as perhaps your permissions are not set correctly for you to view the folders.
    hope this helps,

The files are in your list in Public_html but you can't open them? If so, then right click, choose properties and make sure they say 644 in the permissions box.

If they are showing properly on your website but not listed in your Public_html folder, then you will need to re-ftp them from wherever they are on your hard drive.

Yes, I can see most of the files in the public_html, I just can't see some of the files and folders. I'm thinking I should re-install Blue_Ftp.

You can see files from the CPanel (public_html) that you cannot see using Blue FTP (public_html)? Am I stating the question correctly.

I seem to remeber that BV ftp will only show a certain number of files.
If you use your cpanel file manager, you should see them all...............
