Thread: 550 error code

I was just trying to publish an update into my memberlogin folder but as soon as the upload started there appeared a 550 error, saying that there is no such folder. I checked in my aceftp and the folder is there. What is going wrong? I made the memberlogin area the old BV version but I don't believe that is the problem. Any solutions?

Hi Sebester,

When you select publish, the publish dialogue will appear check and make sure that you are:

Publishing to the right IP address

Your public_html/folder/........... are typed in correctly
