Thread: Error 12014

I want to publish my new website but when I click on the publish button my server IP 75.126.124.166does not appear on the server IP dropdown list, this are the steps I did but I still cannot publish my web pages:

Re-downloaded Bluevoda website builder,
Downloaded a free win zip
Installed both or them and re-started my computer

I am using windows vista on my computer

Pls help....

You have to run bv as an administrator.

Right click on the desktop short cut and choose that option from the list.

I did that (opened bv as an administrator) but I still cannot see my IP.
I re-dowloaded bv,rebooted my computer and I still do not see any changes.

By the way my IP is 75.126.124.166 Pls confirm it from your bv publishing drop down list if you can see it.

No, yet I'm not using the version I have posted you for download...

Well I dont see it in mine but i havent redowned in a few weeks.. give me five.. ill see what i can see.

Firstly,
i saved all my BV files i had from my "document folder" as my "website files",
removed/uninstalled the BV version that i had,
restarted my computer,
then i re-downloaded BV 10.12 version,
installed it,
restarted the computer,
transfered my saved "website files" to the new installed BV version and
I STILL CANNOT SEE MY SERVER IP

Reminder!! I am using windows vista on my computer.

Don't know what else you might do..

I did that 20 minutes ago and i'm still waiting for the respond.Thanx will keep you posted about this matter.

I received a reply from support desk with a link to download a newer version if BV and i got it right.

My problem was that i was downloading an older version of BV 10.12 un-zipped and the newer version is BV 10.13 zipped.
