Thread: My nemesis 12029 has returned'

I've never had so much consistent trouble with publishing this last week. Error 12029 has come back after a few days. Is it just the firewall? I shall try a few (although my options are limited) variations with and without the Windows firewall and the AVG virus protector firewall and let you know.

Yes.. this is a firewall issue.. add your site.. add the bv program to your accepted list with FULL access to the internet.

Do I just add "Bluevoda webbuilder" or each doamin or vodahost.com - nothing seems to be working here. The anti virus system AVG has firewall but I cannot find a way to list exceptions,however even after deactivating AVG I still cannot publish in blue voda.

In internet explorer, tools internet options .. security.. add your sites to trusted sites... in avg, you should be able to get to the dashboard and add bv to trusted programs with full access... if you are running vista.. right click on the bv icon when you first try to open it and run as administrator.

I keep getting this when I try to write in the BV text boxes. Also I didnt hit publish but I just happen to hit a link I have on Ebay for when it WAS ready and saw that it s active & LIVE!

Ok.. Sole.. so whats your question.. are you using soho? or bv? Did you LINK to the preview page in soho? as this would cause that error as its PREVIEW not to be seen live..
