I am trying to have a web site in Russian. It is displayed correctly in my BlueVoda and in the preview mode, but does not look at all right when published. A already changes my page properties to "Windows - 1251" character set, but it did not make any difference.
Please, help to make it work.

Thank you, David.
I have read posts earlier -that is how I oroginally changes my Page properties to "Windows - 1251".
I read it again and changed it to ISO-8859-5 and it woks now.
