Red face Files missing in BlueFTP

Hi guys - hope you can help with this.

I've just redeveloped my site - changed pages over to php to allow easier editing of elements.

I'm trying to delete all the old html pages from my public_html folder and of course want to do this easily in FTP. But many of my files are not showing in blueftp - they are definitely in there if I look at file manager but not in ftp.

Any help please????? This is a problem as the site has hundreds of pages.

    Thanks David

Unfortunately file manager will only allow me to delete 1 file at a time - and I have hundreds to delete.

Anyone got any ideas how to display more file in blueftp, or how to change the files displayed?

V 11 allows you to select more than one file........

The only thing that I can suggest then is to try another FTP program (use google to find free ones)

Are we able to upgrade to latest version of cPanel for our VH installation?

You would have to ask support, but I dont think so........Facilities are usually upgraded as and when the server is upgraded, and servers are being upgraded all the time.

Hi, my one was upgraded last week & since then, there seems to be some sort of redirect on my cpanel, as if a certain version is about to load & then i am sent to my original cpanel. But as David said, its always worth a support ticket.
Post back if you can to let us know what they said.
