    Default Publishing obstacle

    Hi everyone,

Could someone clever tell me why i might be experiencing the following problem when i try to publish my page?

I should mention that i've recently had to reformat my pc, in case that would have anything to do with it...?

    The error pop-up reads:
    "Internet Exception error 12111
Details: The FTP operation was not completed because the session was aborted."

I should also mention that the page i'm trying to publish is the index page of my new site www.sprintflyer.com which is an add-on domain to my existing VH account. I purchased the domain name yesterday, and created the add-on domain about 30 mins ago, in case the problem is more propagation time needed. This is my first attempt at publishing it too.

Thanks in advance for any help,

    Simon

Thanks David, i tried a few things with my firewall settings a moment ago, (without really knowing what i was doing) and the error that now pops up reads:

    "Internet Exeption error 12031

Details: The connection with the server has been reset"

Could you elaborate on introducing bluevoda.exe to my firewall/antivirus programs?

Hi, pop in a help & support search on your machine (Type Firewall add program) & the help side is usually quite good with supplying all the links for a problem like this.

Thanks you are quite right that its very helpful.

However i'm still not having much luck. Do you think that because my pc crashed and had to be restored to its 'factory settings' might mean that i need to reinstall the bluevoda program?
