About LinkBacksDo I have to go to the cpanel everytime I publish a page for it to be active on my site. It seems like everytime I do that the problem im having is solved. Is that the case or just a coinsidence.

No you do not, not sure what problems you have been having but you should be able ot just publish and it will be live. Give us more details to go on.
