Thread: Site Not Showing After Publishing

Last time I updated my site was in January 2009. Today I pulled up my site and it is not there, just a generic search site? What is this and where is my site??

Put in a support ticket as your domain name seems to have expired on the 9th of this month...............

Thank you, I renewed that in January! Will have to see what's up...

I submitted a new domain about my web site is missing and no one has contacted me yet. There is a generic search page in it's place. How do I get a response from Blue Voda? I need to have my site back up and running.

You need to login to VBS and point the servers to your vodahost server for your site to show up.

First of all this is not what I typed, but I have had this site with BV for a long time and it just recently disappeared and the generic page came up.

Then your domain LIKELY expired.

I know what you typed.. I fixed it so I could answer you...secondly.. it should have been deleted.. so.. HOP OFF YOUR HORSE and pay attention.

Now.. LOGIN to VODA BILLING SERVICES vbs and if you are lucky theres an INVOICE there to RENEW your domain

There was an Invoice for 19.99, but it doesn't tell me what it is, I paid it though, now what?

Thats for your domain.. it does tell you what it is. DOMAIN NAME RENEWAL If its been less than 30 days.. you should be in there and repointing it to your server.
