To publish BV pages you need to have a hosting account with VodaHost, if you have one (paid) they should have sent you an email with all your login details. If this is the IP address you are refering to then simply download the newest version of BV as new IP's are being added all the time. You will not loose any of your work. Here is a link foor the newest version.

As Ed said, download the latest version of BV. Your IP address will be on there.

It DOES'NT overwrite the previous one so my guess is you have downloaded the latest but you are still looking at the old one.

Yes I would AND remove any shortcuts off your desktop.

Your BV Files and images should be safe, but back them up just in case (Good Practice)

Download BV again and when it asks to add a short cut to the desktop. say YES.

When you click on it you will know you are using the latest version.

    Good Luck

Nope an IP address ending 182 is not there.. Leaving BV to one side a moment, you do have a Vodahost Account don't you?

Experience has taught me to wait at least 24 hours. In the UK its a Bank Holiday today. Not sure about the USA - could be! Hence no contact!

Hope you get it sorted soon.

Now that you finally have the correct IP address, you have to enter the correct login ID and password into the dialog box, these are in the email also (not ones you made up) high light each one in the email and copy it then paste it in the correct spot. check the publish all box and publish each page one at a time. This is not as hard as you are making it out to be.

Your publishing credendentials are as follows

    1) IP Address
    2) User Name (This is not your email address)
    3) Password

These 3 vital bits of info are in your welcome email from VH
