Thread: pages wont publish

I have tried to publish my index page for the site http://www.akhal-tekespain.com through the B.V. publish link on the index page but it wont publish saying error 12014, password incorrect. I have copied & pasted the username and password from the B.V email to the publishing page, but it still says the same error. the listed server ip on the publish page is 67.228.244.194 ,my server ip is not in the drop down list. Is that the problem? Thank you, Jill

If the ip address is not in the drop down the you need to download and reinstall bluevoda. you are probably working on a older version.

I´ve just tried to download bv but its telling me that there´s an error as i´m already registered with bv. So what must i do now please. Thanks Jill

If you have BV open close it and download the new version from here. Do not sign in just click the download button.

No that´s not worked, the same error still comes up 12014, wrong password. I´m sorry i dont understand with the server ip. it comes up as 67.228.244.194 my ip address is different it starts with 208 and it´s not in the drop down list.

Do you have a hosting account with VodaHost (paid)?
If so you should have received and email with all your login info, the server IP, your user name (supplied by them, not you) and password ( agian supplied by them). Then if your server IP address (not your computers IP address) is not listed in the drop down list download the newest version.

You also need to reinstall blue voda once you have downloaded it .. it will just overwrite your previous version ..

Yes i do have a paid account, and i did recieve the welcome email. i have been using the bv provided username and password. I have studied the welcome email but can´t see the server ip number, the only number that i can find is my computer ip that starts with 208.

If you have downloaded the latest version of BV it should have several addresses that start with 208, make sure you are trying to login to the correct one (check each number closely) and it still will not let you in you may have to submit a support ticket.
