I feel I'm double dipping here. I have been back and forth with "custom support" - thought we were getting somewhere but then we ended up full circle. As I compose this I am awaiting another reply to the issue. It seems to happen only to new pages not published yet, however, after transferring the items from one of the troubling pages to an unused but published page, the 12030 error made its annoying return and the page in the browser remains as it was before. Weird. Can anyone here help?
