Thread: Please help!!! Appearance different in IExplorer than GChrome

My website look fantastic in Google Chrome, but its all over the place when you look at it in IExplorer 8. I'm so confused, how can I get it to work. Spent hours/days/weeks getting it right.

Hi, unfortunately you need to redo the pages working from the left of your BV screen & using the page properties to centre in browser.
It would be best to get one page perfect & use this as a page to clone from, or to be used as a template.

Ok I did it. I didn't have to do all the pages completely again. I deleted some of the html boxes, published the page, then added the html boxes back on one by one publishing each time I added a new html box.

It looks great now, well I think it does!

Thanks heaps, r u using IExplorer, I just looked at it looks fine my end, I've tried it on about 5 different computers and looks find on them.

As an example for all your pages! This image bv01221.png is absolute;left:187px, which means that’s how far from the left hand side of your BV screen the image is. Also having a image width:985px gives your a page a total width of 1172px. Anything over 985 will give many visitors side scroll on their screens.
Your pages have to be built for the far left of your BV screen & the centre in browser box ticked.
