Thread: Publishing sub-domain and main domain difficulties

main domain: awarenessofoneness.com
sub-domain: abridgebeyondcoaching.com

I have downloaded BV-11 and have successfully published pages for the sub-domain abridgebeyondcoaching.com
The pages that were published for the main domain are no longer published.
The index page for awarenessofoneness publishes with all the images of the index for abridgebeyondcoaching.com
When I save and attempt to publish awarenessofoneness the publishing is blocked with a message of a 550 error.
I have read the messages in the forum and looked at the tutorials.
I do not know what to do next to get a successful publishing.
Please assist with a solution. Thank you!

Use your BV FTP to connect to your server.

As I understand it, you should have public_html for your main domain
and public_html/yournewdomain.

Is this how it's set up? or do you see something else?

If yes, then when you publish and the small window appears.
find "Folder".
Inside change to public_domain/yournewdomain

and publish your page.

Again using BV FTP, see where that page you just publish landed.

This would make sense only if I understood your question correctly.

would also need to know if you are trying to make a sub domain or add on domain.

add on domain will look like: abridgebeyondcoaching.com
sub-domain will look like: abridgebeyondcoaching.awarenessofoneness.com

I have looked at FTP which comes up as FTP://myIP/public_html/awarenessofon...enessofoneness
In the awarenessofoneness file are the .bvp pages I have saved, but the index.bvp is not in the FTP file. I have dragged it to the file, but it is not accepted. I have saved it in the bv file. When I publish the page a message says the file is: "ERROR: 550 Can't change directory to public_html/:No such file or directory."
This is true the file is not saved in FTP or in CPanel.

This domain: awarenessofoneness is the main domain and the other: abridgebeyondcoaching is an add-on domain.
Any suggestions as what I do next?
