Publish symbols not page

Hi, published www.woodlandcampinggimmeshelter.com but proper page does not appear, just the symbols for components of the pages.
Can you help please?

You did not make and publish an index page. Your main page must be index all lower case.

Thanks. How do I change my existing page/rename to be an index page.
Also what is Index all lower case.

YOur page is INDEX or Index

You cannot use capitol lettters..

just

index

open your page.. save as

index

thats what it should be.. changes to html when you publish.

1.Now I can't link my 2nd page to index.
After leaving it for a week,
2.I tried to republish & think I have changed a file wrongly & it won't let me republish at all now in order to try to add prices.html as my 2nd page or should it be
