How do i get my web up and running?

After i publish my web page how do i get it to display for everyone. I publish then i go to my domain and it just shows the files i published.

you start by doing the tutorials .. and learning how to name your page index for the home page.

i am using the wysiwyg builder so it is not the same as bluevoda. I successfully published my site and the pages are named correctly, however i still get the index page and not the site http://www.stomachdisorders.info/

you didnt publish to the public_html probably.
