Thread: website publishes blue voda's website

I published my website www.exquisitepageants.com. When you go to the site the blue Voda website comes up. What am I doing wrong?

have you pointed the domain name to the server? login to vbs and manage your account.. point it to the server in your welcome packet

They just swaped websites for me because I wanted the first one gone so Exquisite is my main site. They sent me, through my email not associated with BV account info that included my IP, username and password but no info for vbs. Do I have to submit another trouble ticket?

if you bought your domain from voda it will be the original information..

If you cant remember your password you can reset it there

Ok I'm in and don't see anyhting about pointing a server. Sorry not profficient in this.

When you are in vbs and click on my packages..and then click the domains, you will see by default there are i think 5 listings beginning with ns1.enom.com or something similar.. you need to change those to ns1.vodahostxx.com and ns2.vodahostxx.com or just vodaxx.com where the xx is numbers... update or save it then it should resolve to your domain
